1. Why are the rear tires of heavy trucks punctured the most?

As we all know, heavy truck tires are partially vulcanized, including the air-tight layer, cord layer, belt layer, tread rubber, etc. After the nail pierces the tyre, because the tyre rolls, the air will pass through the nail hole and enter into the gap of each layer formed in the tyre.

Ordinary tyre repair is just to repair the innermost layer of the tyre, that is, the air-tight layer. After the air-tight layer is repaired, it can only ensure that the air inside the tyre will not leak to the outside.

However, the air entering the gap of each layer will continue to leak out and bubble, so there is no need to worry about this situation.

4. How to judge whether the heavy truck tire has been not repaired or there is residual air?

First of all, observe the air leakage situation after the repair of the nail hole, and then observe the air leakage situation after releasing the air thoroughly from the heavy truck tire.

If there is basically no change in the air leakage conditions of the nail hole before and after the deflation, it can be determined that there is residual air in the tyre, and you can drive safely. If the tyre does not leak after releasing the air, it means that the tyre has not been repaired, so additional repair is required.
